REGULAMENTO DO CONCURSO:

O concurso está aberto à participação de todos os alunos do 5º ao 9º ano (de 10 a 16 anos) de escolas públicas de Campos dos Goytacazes.

- Todos as redações e obras de arte devem ser originais. Entradas com material não original (plágio de alguma obra) serão desqualificadas.

- Cada aluno pode participar com apenas um ensaio ou uma obra de arte.

- Cada escola pública do município de Campos dos Goytacazes pode enviar no máximo 10 ensaios e 10 obras de arte.

- As informações de contato do aluno (email, endereço etc.) não devem ser incluídas. Toda a comunicação será entre a Coordenação do Concurso e os professores ou responsáveis.

- As redações não devem ter mais que 500 palavras.

- As obras de arte devem ter um tamanho máximo da folha A4. Se houver algum texto, ele pode ser escrito em português ou inglês.

- Os ensaios devem ser escritos em português ou inglês.

- Não se esqueça de incluir no texto ou na obra de arte:

         O nome completo do professor, endereço de e-mail e número de telefone para entrar em contato com ele, assim como o nome e o endereço da instituição de ensino. Informações iguais (incluindo endereço completo) devem ser enviadas se o aluno for responsável pelo outro.

           O nome completo e a série do aluno que produziu o ensaio ou desenho.

 - Haverá um júri para avaliar todos os trabalhos definidos pela coordenação do concurso.

- Não serão aceitos recursos em relação à decisão do júri, que será soberana.

 - Todos os participantes concordam em transferir os direitos autorais dos ensaios ou peças de arte, com informações dos nomes dos autores, idades, instituição educacional, cidade, estado e país, à Astrograms Inc

- Após a seleção dos vencedores, os professores (ou responsáveis) serão contatados e convidados a fornecer uma fotografia do (s) aluno (s). Os pais ou responsáveis ​​devem enviar permissão por escrito para que as fotos dos vencedores sejam divulgadas pelos coordenadores do concurso e pela Astrograms Inc.

-Os vencedores receberão um cartão-presente AstroGrams ™ com um valor de US $ 138,00 que lhes permitirá criar seu AstroGrams ™ com 3 linhas de texto e um desenho de clip-art (veja exemplos). Esses cartões-presente serão apresentados aos 4 vencedores pelo Louis Cruls Astronomy Club. Os pacotes da missão (foto) serão entregues após o lançamento bem-sucedido da Missão Espacial EOS. Data e método de entrega TBD.

CONTEST RULES:

The contest is open to the participation of all students from the 5th to the 9th grade, from 10 to 16 years old) of public schools in Campos dos Goytacazes.

- Essays must be written in Portuguese or English.

- Do not forget to include in the writing or art piece:

         The teacher's full name, e-mail address and telephone number to contact him / her, as well as the name and address of the educational institution. Equal information (including full address) must be submitted if the student is responsible for the other.

           The full name and grade of the student who produced the essay or drawing.

 - There will be a jury to evaluate all the works defined by the contest coordination.

- Appeals will not be accepted in relation to the jury's decision, which will be sovereign.

 - All participants agree to assign the copyright of the essays or art pieces, with information of the authors' names, ages, educational institution, city, state and country, to Astrograms Inc

- Once the winners are selected, the teachers (or guardians) will be contacted and invited to provide a photograph of the student (s). Parents or guardians must submit written permission for photos of the winners to be released by contest coordinators and Astrograms Inc.

-Winners will receive an AstroGrams™ gift card with a value of $138.00 USD that will allow them to create their AstroGrams™ with 3 lines of text and a clip art drawing (see examples).  These giftcards will be presented to the 4 winners by The Louis Cruls Astronomy Club.  The mission packages (pictured) will be delivered upon the successful launch of the EOS Space Mission.  Date and Delivery method TBD.
